ETM RTR SPORT
ETM RTR SPORT
The ETM RTR Sport is not a light refresh ā it's a ground-up evolution of one of the most popular electric pit bikes on the market. Electro & Co redesigned this bike from the inside out for the 2026 model year: a brand-new Revolver Sport 65H IPM brushless motor with stronger magnets, improved thermal efficiency, and noticeably more low-end torque. Paired with a 72V 25Ah hot-swappable battery (1,800Wh), upgraded 420 moto chain drivetrain, and 48mm dual-adjustable forks, the RTR Sport is purpose-built for teens and adults who want a compact pit bike that actually performs at 55+ mph without immediately needing to be torn down for upgrades. Available now at our Southeast Houston showroom.
Six Reasons the RTR Sport Is a Different Bike
Every major upgrade on the Sport addresses a real-world weakness of the original ā not just a spec sheet number.
The biggest upgrade in the lineup. The Revolver Sport 65H Interior Permanent Magnet brushless motor delivers stronger low-end torque, faster throttle response, and sustained power under load. Stronger magnets and improved rotor construction mean it pulls harder longer without the heat soak that saps performance mid-session on competing bikes.
The 72V 25Ah lithium-ion pack (1,800Wh) is tool-free hot-swappable via a quick-release seat latch ā pull one pack, drop in a second, and keep riding. The 2026 RTR Sport's optimized BMS allows deeper usable discharge, meaning more real-world range and stronger power delivery in the upper charge range. Expandable up to 45Ah with the optional upgrade pack.
The original RTR ran a #35 bicycle-grade chain. The Sport upgrades to a full 420 moto-grade chain and sprocket system ā the same spec found on actual motorcycles. The difference is tangible under hard acceleration: no stretch, no skip, no premature wear. Significantly more durable over a full season of riding.
48mm large-diameter, fully adjustable front forks paired with an adjustable rear shock give you actual suspension tuning ā compression and rebound you can dial to your weight and terrain. Around Houston where trail conditions vary from hard-packed to sandy to rooted, having adjustable suspension rather than preset spring rate is a real advantage.
E&C-designed forged triple clamps with integrated bar mounts hold a digital display showing speed, battery level, trip data, odometer, and riding mode ā all at eye level. No separate dash mount to rattle loose. The forged construction eliminates flex at the steering head under hard acceleration and cornering loads.
The RTR Sport features an updated thermal strategy across the motor, controller, and battery compartment. Heat is the enemy of consistent power on compact electric bikes ā the Sport's thermal architecture keeps temps stable during long or aggressive sessions so you get the same performance on lap 20 as lap 1. Critical for Houston summer riding.
