Shipping Policy

At Throttle Theory Powersports, we ship parts, accessories, and riding gear within the United States. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Eligible Items for Shipping

Shipping is available only for:

  • New parts

  • New accessories

  • New riding gear (helmets, gloves, apparel, etc.)

Motorized vehicles (including motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, go-karts, dirt bikes, pit bikes, and golf carts) are not eligible for shipping and must be purchased in person unless otherwise stated in writing.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day

  • Processing time does not include shipping transit time

We reserve the right to delay or cancel orders due to inventory availability, verification issues, or suspected fraud.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship using reputable third-party carriers such as:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • USPS

Shipping method selection and delivery timelines are provided at checkout when available.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Item size and weight

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping method

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Throttle Theory Powersports is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather

  • Carrier service interruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Acts beyond our control

Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may be subject to reshipping fees

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a shipment arrives damaged:

  • Notify the carrier immediately

  • Contact Throttle Theory Powersports within 48 hours of delivery

We will assist with filing claims but are not responsible for carrier delays or mishandling once an order has shipped.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Refused or undeliverable shipments may be returned to us and are subject to:

  • Original shipping charges

  • Return shipping charges

  • Applicable restocking fees

Local Pickup

Some items may be eligible for local in-store pickup. Pickup availability will be indicated at checkout when applicable.
