Returns & Refund Policy

At Throttle Theory Powersports, we stand behind the products we sell while maintaining clear and fair policies to protect our customers and our business.

Final Sale Items (No Returns / No Refunds)

The following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances:

  • All motorized vehicles, including but not limited to motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, go-karts, golf carts, dirt bikes, and pit bikes

  • All used parts, used accessories, and used gear

  • Special-order items

  • Clearance or discounted items marked “Final Sale”

  • Electrical components once installed or attempted to be installed

Eligible Returns (New, Unused Items Only)

New, unused merchandise may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery or in-store pickup if ALL of the following conditions are met:

  • Item is new, unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

  • Item is returned in original packaging, including all tags, manuals, and hardware

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Conditions

We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of:

  • Installation or attempted installation

  • Wear, damage, or modification

  • Missing original packaging or components

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on payment provider

Warranty Claims

Returns are not a substitute for manufacturer warranties. If a product is defective, warranty claims must be handled according to the manufacturer’s warranty policy. We are happy to assist with warranty support when applicable.

Local Pickup Orders

Items purchased for in-store pickup are subject to the same return policy. Once a vehicle or final-sale item leaves our premises, the sale is considered complete.
