The Z27's 27-kilowatt air-cooled mid-drive isn't a marketing number — it delivers 39.8 ft-lbs of shaft torque, 65-degree climbing capability, and immediate, linear throttle response. It's producing more power than most bikes in its size class, yet stays controllable through the full powerband on technical singletrack or wide-open desert.
A massive 72V 60Ah pack built with premium Samsung cells means you're not babying the range on longer trail days. Rated for roughly 600 charge cycles and recharged by the included 10A charger in about 6 hours, it's one of the biggest batteries in the mid-size class.
The frame and swingarm are forged from 6061 T4/T6 aluminum using a massive 3,000-ton pressure-forging process — delivering excellent rigidity and durability while keeping weight manageable. Combined with a 54.3" wheelbase and 11.8" of ground clearance, it feels planted at speed and agile in the tight stuff.
With over 36 HP on tap and 80 mph on the table, the Z27 uses full moto-spec braking components — not the smaller e-moto systems found on lightweight platforms. Larger brakes mean improved stopping power, better heat dissipation, and real confidence when you're pushing hard into a corner.
Inverted front forks with 240mm of travel paired to a KKE rear suspension link system give the Z27 genuine long-travel suspension for rough terrain. Full-size 19" front / 18" rear wheels on Shinko 241-style dual-sport tires deliver traction across dirt, gravel, hardpack, and pavement.
The PMSM controller runs High, Drive, Eco, and Reverse modes so you dial power to the terrain. A TFT digital display, USB and USB-C charging ports, LED front and rear lighting, and a side stand with integrated safety kill switch round out a genuinely complete package.
