About the Brand

What Is Electro & Co?

Electro & Company is a California-based brand that designs every vehicle in-house from the ground up — frame geometry, motor specs, battery management, suspension tune, triple clamps, and drivetrain. Nothing off the shelf with a logo swap. The result is a lineup where the engineering decisions are intentional: the XL's wheelbase is extended to match the geometry of its bigger wheels; the Alpha's chassis is stiffened to handle its 92V powertrain; the Rizzler's swingarm peg mounts are integrated into the frame design rather than bolted on as an afterthought.

Every vehicle in the E&C lineup uses a tool-free hot-swappable battery system, which is a bigger deal than it sounds — it means a second battery keeps you riding while the first charges, with no tools and no waiting. The platform is also built for upgrades via TruMoto Controller mounts pre-integrated into the frames, so riders can bolt on controller and motor upgrades as their riding progresses.

The ETM RTR Lineup — Four Models, One Platform

The ETM RTR (Electric Trail Machine, Ready to Rip) lineup runs four models on the same core platform DNA — same frame architecture, same hot-swap battery concept, same upgrade ecosystem. What separates them is voltage, power output, wheel size, and geometry. Here's a quick look at all four before we go deeper on each.

Stunt Mini Bike

The Rizzler — Built to Stunt, Not Just Ride

The Rizzler is Electro & Co's answer to a completely different question: what if you built a mini bike specifically for wheelies, scrapes, and stunt riding rather than trail riding? Same E&C DNA, completely different mission. Born from the ETM RTR platform but rebuilt around stunt geometry — short-stance wheelbase, centered mass for balance-point wheelies, integrated rear swingarm peg mounts and a built-in foothold behind the seat. It's not an afterthought on a trail bike. It's the intended purpose.

It also comes fully equipped out of the box with headlight, taillight, and under-seat storage — features the RTR bikes don't have. Two variants available: the standard Rizzler (60V 5,000W, 50+ mph) and the Rizzler Sport (72V 8,000W, 60+ mph) for riders who want stunt capability with more top end.

Electro & Co

The E-Drift Kart — Purpose-Built to Go Sideways

The E-Drift Kart is not a go-kart that happens to slide. Electro & Co built it from the ground up specifically for drifting — massive steering angle, low-traction drift sleeves included, instant IPM brushless torque delivery, and a fully adjustable cockpit so you can actually get locked in. The tubular steel frame has replaceable front, rear, and side bumpers built-in, because wall kisses and curb taps are part of the experience, not the end of the session.

It runs the E&C Revolver 80H IPM brushless motor at 5,000W with three selectable power modes and forward and reverse. Top speed is 40+ mph. High Strength 428 chain drivetrain. Fully adjustable front end for alignment and steering feel. Ranked #1 electric go-kart of 2026 by Ronster Rides.

Common Questions

Electro & Co Houston — FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions
Is Throttle Theory Powersports an authorized Electro & Co dealer in Houston?

Yes. We are an authorized Electro & Company dealer serving the Houston metro area, including Pearland, Clear Lake, Webster, Friendswood, and League City. We carry the full lineup — ETM RTR Lite, RTR Sport, RTR XL, RTR Alpha, The Rizzler, Rizzler Sport, and the E-Drift Kart. Call 832-752-9062 for current in-stock availability.

Which ETM RTR is right for me — Lite, Sport, XL, or Alpha?

RTR Lite ($2,199): New rider, tighter budget, or someone who wants to start on the platform before upgrading. 45+ mph, 5,000W, same frame as the Sport.

RTR Sport ($2,999): The most popular model for a reason. Most adults and teens will never outride it. 55+ mph, 8,000W, 2026 Revolver Sport motor.

RTR XL ($3,799): Taller riders who want a 32" seat height, full-size 17"/14" wheels, and 65+ mph. Extended wheelbase, DNM rear shock.

RTR Alpha: No-compromise build. 92V, 18,000W, 70+ mph, CNC everything, 4-piston brakes, DNM front and rear. Call us for pricing and availability.

What's the difference between the RTR Alpha and the RTR XL?

They're on different platforms with different missions. The RTR Alpha is on the standard compact 44.5" wheelbase with 14"/12" wheels — same size as the Sport — but with a 92V powertrain (18,000W, 70+ mph), CNC 6061 components, 4-piston brakes, and DNM suspension front and rear. The RTR XL is the extended platform — 46.5" wheelbase, 17"/14" big wheels, 32" seat height — but runs a 72V powertrain (16,000W). If you want maximum power in a compact agile package: Alpha. If you want full-size riding position and big-wheel stability: XL.

What is The Rizzler and how is it different from the RTR bikes?

The Rizzler is Electro & Co's stunt mini bike — same platform DNA as the ETM RTR but built specifically for wheelies, scrapes, and stunt riding. Short-stance wheelbase, centered mass geometry, integrated rear swingarm peg mounts, foothold behind the seat, headlight, taillight, and under-seat storage all come stock. The standard Rizzler runs 60V 5,000W (50+ mph). The Rizzler Sport upgrades to 72V 8,000W (60+ mph). If you want to ride trails and tracks: RTR. If you want to send wheelies and work on stunt combos: Rizzler.

Can I use any of these on the street in Texas?

No. All Electro & Co vehicles are designed for off-road and closed-course use only — private land, trails, and tracks. They are not street-legal. Texas law requires vehicles operated on public roads to meet registration, lighting, and equipment standards these vehicles do not satisfy. Off-road only.

Do you carry the RTR Alpha and Rizzler in stock, or are they order-only?

The RTR Lite, Sport, and XL are regularly stocked. The Alpha, Rizzler, Rizzler Sport, and E-Drift Kart have varying lead times based on E&C production runs — call 832-752-9062 for current availability. We can take deposits to reserve units from incoming shipments when stock is limited.

Do you carry ETM RTR parts and upgrades?

Yes. We carry a selection of ETM RTR replacement parts and common maintenance items. The ETM platform also supports TruMoto Controller upgrades — bolt-on power enhancements that use the pre-integrated mounting points on the frame. Call or come in and we can go through what's available for your specific model.
